I became a Christian because of Dr. Mike. I remember one Sunday afternoon, we were doing prayer requests, and it hit me! Emmanuel - God with us! Mike looked at me kind of funny, Oh well! I guess I was kinda out there :)

The thing I'll always remember is Dr Mike's, "Well, we'll agree to disagree". How else would you live in the presence of Jesus and the Spirit, and God?

Aug. 23, 2009. I am so glad I went to church this morning. The Solid class this morning was very good, the sermon by Jonathon Edwards that was read by Associate Pastor Jason Myers was what the wrath of God will be like for unrepentant sinners in hell. This topic needs to be preached in full truth in all churches worldwide and the point needs to be hit hard. Why? Because all people's eternal existence depends on it,
The sermon following the Solid class was from Philipians 1:9-11 in which the apostle Paul wrties to the church in Philipi about his prayer for "their love to abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight (NIV) to be pure and blameless until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ-to the glory and praise of God."
Jason Myers delivered the sermon with enthusiasm and passion. The worship service led by Paul Ayers and Denny Noack on bass guitar was excellent in that the music not only did a fine job in bringing us to the heart of worship but also blended contemporary worship music with classic gospel songs in wonderful essence.
